This Draft Master Plan including the Regulations were notified by Vice Chairman, HUDA on behalf of CDA by publishing newspaper notices in Form no 1, as required under Section 8 (2) of Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975 in the following four local daily newspapers on dates given against each.

         Times of India, Hyderabad edition  (English) on 27-6-2001

        Daily Milap, (Hindi) on 28-6-2001

        Eenadu, (Telugu) on 28-6-2001

        Siasat, (Urdu) on 28-6-2001

More than 700 objections and suggestions were received. These were duly examined by CDA and the Government and finally the Master Plan was accorded approval by the Government.
