Mamidpally: Sy Nos. 142, 153, 158 and 159 5.     Public and interested bodies/agencies, etc. are therefore cautioned not to buy/enter into transactions of properties/plots, etc. since: (a)  All the layouts listed above do not have approval of the Director of Town & Country Planning, AP and therefore illegal; (b)  The entire area covered by Shamsabad mandal are falling in the prohibited zone of the Catchment Area of Himayatsagar Lake-one of the major sources of drinking water supply to Hyderabad (Orders issued by Government vide GOMs No 111, MA, dated ---1996) (c)  Most of the areas mentioned in the said List are falling in the Air Funnel Zones of the proposed International Airport; (d)  These layouts and transactions are liable to be affected by the Master Plan proposals which is under finalization with regard to land use, roads / circulation network, development control regulations, etc. 6.      The general public, builders, developers, promoters, public agencies and other interested bodies/agencies are further cautioned that the Hyderabad Airport Development Authority(HADA) is the Competent Authority for approving all development permissions, layouts, buildings, etc as per the provisions of Section 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas(Development) Act, 1975 . The said Act has overriding powers under Section 57 over other laws governing development permissions. Therefore, any layout/ building permissions, etc are deemed to be invalid, unless categorical approval is obtained from the Hyderabad Airport Development Authority(HADA). 7.      All the Gram Panchayats of the above-mentioned Revenue Villages have been instructed not to entertain any application for building/layout or any other development permission or allow/accord any permission for building/layout or any other development. 8.  Despite the above, if the general public, builders, developers, promoters, public agencies and other interested bodies/agencies are entering into transactions or buying plots in the said listed areas, they would be doing so at their own risk and may face consequences as per law.
